Accounting for the Artist’s Financial Wellbeing

Optimize your income.

Manage your cashflow.

Find the resources you need to Make Art AND Make Money.

Our Mission.

To help 10,000 creatives find their path towards financial freedom.

Method. It starts with a conversation.

Whether you consider yourself a professional artist or a creative entrepreneur, every one of us is at a different stage on our path towards financial freedom.

So when you become a new member of the 10kCreators.com community, our first step together is to assess your current situation & identify where it is that you want to be. We dive deep into how you both make & manage money, so that we can spot opportunities to improve your cashflow and maximize your financial position.

At the end of that call, we co-create the next three big steps you will need to take (SMART Goals) in order to progress forward on your journey; then, we identify resources & structures that will support your success for a 30 day accountability sprint.

“As an artist himself, it's wonderful to work with Mathew! He gets the creative spirit and has a savvy mind for business too. As a coach, he's helped me to take my business to the next level and opened my eyes to future growth opportunities. He's helped me to tackle behind-the-scenes logistics and supported the brainstorming process. I am grateful for our work together, and for his generous spirit.”

Metrics. Celebrate Success.

We can’t improve that which we do not measure. That’s one gift we’ve been given by the business world. Let’s embrace this adage, create a structure for tracking your progress, and celebrate the wins along the way!

If you’re not making enough money, we need to find new sources of income.

If you’re struggling to move past your current condition, we need to look at the beliefs & behaviors you have around money.

If you’ve got cash flow, do you have the right bookkeeping systems in place to increase your profitability and achieve your long term goals?

Also, have you hired the right professionals? You can’t do this alone, especially when it comes to long term financial planning, taxes and complex business transactions.

BTW: A huge part of this work is about you learning to be self-aware & fully empowered in your financial life as a creator. Because of that, 10kCreators.com aims to give you the training & resources you need be self-sufficient and empowered in these conversations.

We do not choose to accept the attitude that “artists are just bad with numbers.” Instead, we want you to feel empowered by the knowledge & insights to make critical decisions and learn to collaborate with other business professionals.
